I've just learned of Stuart and I'm very sorry our paths did not cross sooner. He sounds like a kindred spirit -- a passion for bicycling, and many other expressions of living life to the fullest.
I don't know exactly what Stuart knew about 1899 world cycling champion Major Taylor, but the connection has been cemented by a generous donation to the Major Taylor Association in memory of Stuart.
